How it works
Series of Weekly workshops in group or individual settings that include :
- A component in which parents and children work separately on complimentary topics.
- A family component in which they can share and practice what they learned.

- Family: family roles, family balance and children aged 6-12.
- The impacts of addiction on family.
- Communication: communication skills and boundaries.
- Parental practices: positive educational practices, parental discipline and family harmony.
Program structure
- The Cap sur la famille program includes a pre-program meeting and 11 weekly workshops.
- During each workshop, parents and children first work separately, then they are reunited so they can practice what they learned together.
