- A component in which parents and children work separately on complimentary topics.
- A family component in which they can share and practice what they learned.

Program structure
- The Cap sur la famille program includes a pre-program meeting and 11 weekly workshops.
- During each workshop, parents and children first work separately, then they are reunited so they can practice what they learned together.
